You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items returned after this period or that do not meet the return conditions cannot be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as you received it

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Have all original tags attached

• Be in the original packaging

• Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions listed above apply.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
